Our Policies

Excluding Mardi Gras, our standard room rates are from $125-$175.00 plus 14% taxes per room per night for a maximum of two adults.

Reservations

A valid Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express number is required to confirm all reservations. All charges are applied 7 days of arrival and your receipt will be emailed to you at that time. If you prefer to use an alternate form of payment at check-in, please just ask.

Policies

  • The Kate Shepard House is a non-smoking facility. A $250 Cleaning fee will be charged to the card on file for any room that smells of smoke.
  • There is a 72-hour cancellation policy; however, please contact us as soon as your plans change so that we have every opportunity to rebook our rooms.
  • The Kate Shepard House is not suitable for small children.
  • Check-in is between 3 pm – 7 pm. Check-out is by 11 a.m. (please call for special accommodations)
  • Pet friendly for well-behaved and groomed pets.
  • For extended stays of 5 days or longer, a 50% nonrefundable deposit is due to confirm the reservation. The balance will be charged to the card on file 7 days..
  • Please leave our towels and bathmats, each room is supplied with towels for missing or damaged towels your card on file may be charged for replacements.
